# Cannot set up test scan with Scaniverse

Welcome to the forums!

The interface is a bit confusing here. The linking of your account to Scaniverse is done by scanning the QR code generated on 8th Wall’s Geospatial Browser when you click on any location and click “Generate QR Code”.
