# Ninantic studio how can to play video and image

Hi Pavitha,

If you’d like to show an image in AR you can use the UI Element component, set to Layout Type: 3D, combined with an Image property. However, I don’t think you can create Video in AR without creating a custom component and shader.

[It’s certainly possible](https://threejs.org/docs/#api/en/textures/VideoTexture) but will require some work.
