# Not Able Purchase Commercial License Urgent Help

Hi,

I’m trying to make a payment, but I’m encountering an error message:

_ **ERROR: Your bank is declining the transaction due to 3D Secure. Please contact your bank to authorize the charge. You can also use a different payment method by visiting your workspace Account page.** _

I’ve tried using two different cards, and both are experiencing the same issue.

I contacted my bank, and they confirmed that there are no issues with the **3D Secure** feature related to my cards. They also mentioned that they have refreshed their systems to address any potential problems. However, I’m still experiencing the same issue.

I need an urgent fix for this.
