# Permissions were denied

I created a playcanvas project using the 8th wall sample project.  
When I publish and access the URL directly, the app works fine, but when I incorporate the URL into a website, the screen looks like this.  
Do you know what the cause is?

Hi!

Could you provide more info when you say “I incorporate the URL into a website”? Are you embedding via an iframe?

If so, ensure that you’ve set the correct “allow” params on the iframe:

I added the allow parameter and it works.  
Thank you very much.  
Also, is it possible to customize the “Tap ‘Allow’ to access AR” in the background when selecting camera access?
