Hi,
We are excited to start using and teaching with Niantic Studio. Just a couple questions:

- How long will support for the original cloud editor and A-Frame continue? We have projects using them through Summer '25.
- What’s the best guide or sample project to look at for transitioning custom code and components into Studio?

Thanks!
Jeff

Hi Jeff!

You don’t need to worry about losing support with our cloud editor. I wouldn’t say there’s a best sample project since Studio is still in beta, however I would encourage you to play with it and test out these sample projects:

> **[Studio: Dragon Dash | 8th Wall | 8th Wall](https://www.8thwall.com/8thwall/dragon-dash)**
>
> This project is a fan recreation of Flappy Bird called Dragon Dash. Created by Declan Johnson www.8thwall.com/dcln

> **[Studio: Physics Playground | 8th Wall | 8th Wall](https://www.8thwall.com/8thwall/studio-ball-sample)**
>
> This example studio project showcases how to build a simple character controller, follow camera, and physics interactions.

Hey GB! I was wondering the same; so the new Editor will only work with 8th Web ECS vs AFrame? Or can we use AFrame/Playcanvas with the new Editor?

Thanks a lot 🙂

Hey! At this time the new editor, Studio, only supports 8th Wall ECS.
