# URL project only shows empty background

Good day,

Tried to find this on your forum but couldn’t find it exactly. I have just published my first project as a test. But after the splash screen, the project shows nothing in webAR and nothing on iPhone – I only see an empty background.  
On the iPhone I did go through the permissions but see nothing after that, also no ‘launch’ button.  
My colleague tried it too and also sees nothing.  
We are both using Google Chrome and iPhones 12+ with latest the OS.

When I try the studio debug mode following that QR and my device, it does work… But of course we are looking to show this publicly. What could I be doing wrong?
