# Video not playing with custom domain

I’m using the Magic Photos project. The video and audio play when using the default 8thWall domain assigned to me. When I switch to my custom domain, the audio plays, but the video does not. I have published it. Is there a different way to publish with the other domain?

are you receiving any console logs or errors? More information would be helpful.
