# VPS Indoor?

in this example you show VPS being used indoors

it’s my understanding that this is not allowed. Are we allowed to run examples with indoor use cases or not?

Hello @Laron_Walker wayspots can certainlybe indoors if they pass the our location requirements shown in our documentation here;

Specifically,

- Are a permanent physical, tangible, and identifiable place or object, or object that placemarks an area.
- Are safe and publicly accessible by pedestrians (indoor or outdoor).
- Contain accurate information in the title, description, and photo.

Some indoor examples would include musuems or malls.

Hello, if the experience we create isn’t public, can we still use VPS indoors for private experiences?
