Check in's in AR experience?

Is there an easy way for a user of my 8th wall scavenger hunt to “check in” without having to enter their contact details each time?

The users find clues, and we want to know who finds each… Currently have a form where they enter their phone/name each time, which is saved in a table… but ideally, they can just click a button in our AR scavenger hunt and it records who it is automatically after the first time.

We don’t have any login functionality, so not sure how to do this…If there are any suggestions / tips, we’d really appreciate it!

You could probably use localStorage or a cookie. For something more sophisticated, you might consider implementing the player data module.
