Hey everyone,
I am new to 8th Wall and pretty excited to dive into building my first AR project. I have got some experience with web development but this is my first time working with AR so I am hoping to get some pointers from the pros here.
I have already gone through some of the tutorial Getting started with 8thwall and VPS Niantic witch is good & i am trying to create a simple project where users can interact with 3D models using their phone cameras. I am feeling a bit lost with the setup when it comes to handling 3D assets and optimizing them for mobile.
As a cloud engineer by profession, I am familiar with working in complex environments but AR feels like a whole new world. Any advice on best practices or things to watch out for when working with 3D models and AR in 8th Wall?? If there are any additional resources you would suggestion that could help me get up to speed quicker??
