Location Permission Denied

Hi I’ve created a custom private VPS location also scanned the sign for the mesh and all of it works perfectly. I’m using Android and I can see my AR very well. But when I asked my colleagues, they use iPhone they can’t seem to open it. It says “LOCATION PERMISSION DENIED. PLEASE ALLOW AND TRY AGAIN.” Which they have enabled the location permission already. I’ve also asked them for error message.

Please follow these steps to allow Safari to request location permissions: Turn Location Services and GPS on or off on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support.

Ah, a lost GPS signal. That’s a pain! Let’s try a few things to get it back on track. First, make sure Location Services are turned on in your Settings app. It might have been accidentally switched off.
Next, try restarting your phone. A simple reboot can often fix little glitches like this. If that doesn’t work, go to your Settings and check your Date & Time settings. Make sure they’re set to Automatic. Incorrect date and time settings can sometimes mess with your GPS.
If you’re still having trouble, try resetting your network settings. Just remember, this will erase your Wi-Fi passwords, so keep them handy.
As a last resort, you might want to try updating your iPhone’s software. Sometimes, software updates can fix bugs and improve performance, including GPS accuracy.
