I can’t set up a new project or anything really.
it just hangs and loads and never loads.
Please advise. It’s quite urgent!

Hi Mat, welcome to the forums!
I’ve worked with the team to clean up some things relating to to your account on the backend. You should be able to login without issues now. I expect that you’ll be asked some onboarding questions one more time and that when you answer the questions your account will be fully setup.
