Swap Camera in Android Chrome cause error

I need to add the swap camera function to my project. I follow the code of the example project “Swap Camera Settings”. When running the project on Android Chrome, it would show the error “Oops, something went wrong!” when I swap the camera.

Anyone know if there is a fix or workaround?
