8thwall app remains on a black screen

When I run the 8thwall app, the screen remains black. My environment requires a proxy for network communication. Do I need to configure the proxy settings?

The issue is still occurring.
I installed the latest version (8th+Wall-0.0.202602121202-arm64.dmg), but the issue remains.
