I am testing 8thWall using PlayCanvas and I have noticed that I have created a project on a free plan. However, the App Key tab is not displayed at all, which is required for integration with PlayCanvas.
Is the App Key available on the free plan?
Self-hosting and app keys are only available on a Custom Plan. You would need to get in contact with our sales team at licensing@8thwall.com to get access.
It is important to note that access to our tools will end on Feb 28, 2026 (which includes the ability to whitelist domains and obtain self-hosted app keys).
