I am currently working on an AR project using the 8th Wall platform and have encountered an issue when attempting to import an MP4 file for use with the MRCS hologram component. Despite following the documentation, I am unable to get the MP4 video to work correctly within my project.
Can you please specify any console errors or logs you are receiving? What devices have you tested with? Does the experience start but not the MRCS hologram? More information would be helpful to better understand what the problem could be.
