We have tried to find where in the backend to cancel our membership but the only thing is a purple words saying contact sale and when I click it opens 8th Wall | Pricing and Plans - WebAR, AR, WebVR Developer Tools and SDK and there are no emails for contacting sales. We are not renewing our memership and will not pay the invoce. Please notify me as soon as possible as we have no other option to canacel our membership.

Your workspace is currently on an Enterprise plan which is a custom agreement typically with specific payment or cancelation terms. Plan management in this case is not self-service. Please contact support@8thwall.com or billing@8thwall.com so we can assist further.
