As this documentation describes, it is possible to set up a custom domain. But it also says, that this feature is only available in Pro or Enterprise plans. As far as i know these Plans are no longer available. So my question is if the cusom domain is available in the free plan or only accessible if i purchase a whitelabel plan (or not available anymore)?

This feature isn’t apart of the free plan, however contact us over at licensing@8thwall.com and we can get you set up.

Were you able to add custom domain?
Connecting a custom domain is only available on a Custom Plan. You would need to get in contact with our sales team at licensing@8thwall.com to get access.
It is important to note that access to our tools (and billing) will end on Feb 28, 2026 (which includes the ability to edit projects and add new connected domains).
