I see a blue cube when trying to load my project

Hello there,

I’m new to this software and I have tried to search my problem first on the FAQ and guides but I can’t find anything.

My issue is, after I have published my project, it won’t load. I see a purple cube and it’s just stuck on there. Whilst in the studio my AR object works. I don’t even get to a loading screen or something I just see a cube. I hope this is a beginners problem.

I have created a custom empty project and imported a GLB file.

Make sure you click Land, to commit your changes and then Publish.
