Lidar Point Cloud in Hong Kong, China
if i scan the Streets Building by ourselves, not Using the Scaniverse APP, coz it has 4 meter limit.

can i use my 3D scanner, e.g. Leica BLK360 Laser scanner? or my Local 3D scanning services,
the 8thwall web AR can use those data for the webapp ?
this Example using Google ARCore, at 00:22 seconds

or i needed to use Unity to build niatic App instead ?

Hi, welcome to the forums!

Currently we only support meshes or Gaussian Splats (in SPZ format). If you’re using our Legacy Cloud Editor you might be able to use Point Cloud Data using an external library but it’s not built-in.

VPS works well for recognizing and anchoring content to real locations. Getting the point cloud data inside of an 8th Wall experience is where you’ll need the library. However I’m not sure which to recommend, I haven’t experimented with any.
