My PlugXR project stopped working – QR code shows “App is currently unavailable”

purchased my license on www.plugxr.com, which is valid until October 29th. I generated my QR code, and it worked perfectly — we used it several times without any problem.

However, one day it suddenly stopped working. When we scan the QR code, we get this message:

APP IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE
APPNAME=FINALPLUGXRAPP
IF YOU ARE THE DEVELOPER, PLEASE LOGIN TO YOUR ACCOUNT AT HTTPS://WWW.8THWALL.COM FOR MORE DETAILS.

My project is not named “FINALPLUGXRAPP,” and I had never used 8th Wall before. When I logged in to that website, I couldn’t find any of my XR projects that I had published through PlugXR — the page appears completely empty, and I honestly don’t know what I’m supposed to do there.

Could you please clarify:

  • Do I need to pay something again for my project to work?

  • Why aren’t my PlugXR projects showing up in my 8th Wall account?

  • Will my printed QR codes still work, or can they be restored?

I really need to keep the same QR codes active and unchanged.
