No Answer from support

Hey I tried to contact 8th Wall support through the contact form on the website as well as direct email to support and didn’t get an answer for 2 and 1 week respectively. Is there anyway you guys can open a support ticket from here?

Thanks for the quick response. I did write a mail to support@8thwall.com on 2nd of july, but haven’t received a response yet. Can you have a look if that mail came through? Or should I just write another mail and you can pick up from there? There was a pdf attachment, maybe the mail got flagged as spam?
