I’m trying to make a payment, but I’m encountering an error message:
ERROR: Your bank is declining the transaction due to 3D Secure. Please contact your bank to authorize the charge. You can also use a different payment method by visiting your workspace Account page.
I’ve tried using two different cards, and both are experiencing the same issue.
I contacted my bank, and they confirmed that there are no issues with the 3D Secure feature related to my cards. They also mentioned that they have refreshed their systems to address any potential problems. However, I’m still experiencing the same issue.
I need an urgent fix for this.
