Trying to create an experience on an already activated Wayspot (from last year), but the scans are really bad and can’t be used. None of my scans are uploading onto the Geospatial Browser either so I can’t get it to work at all. The location has altered in appearance slightly since last year (when it was first activated) and now doesn’t activate at all on mobile - just constantly scanning for the Wayspot. I’ve tried to re-active the Wayspot and it said the process was running, but then nothing changed. Please can we remove the bad scans and reset the location so it can be used?
