I have been trying to make Test Scans to participate in the current Challenge. But every location I go to I receive the error “This location is not supported”. We haven’t had time to go through the 8 - 10 Scans required to make an active Wayspot.

I am unable to even scan a test location, much less have it appear in the 8thWall WaySpot panel.

Is anyone else have the same issue?

I have made sure the my account and workspace are properly set.

I’ve been having the same issue. I’ve tried on an iPhone and iPad Pro in several locations.

I eventually got it to work by selecting “Upload Later” rather than immediately uploading after the scan, then uploading from the “Logbook”.
