Simulator - Experience is not available

Hi there,

I have recently started a new account, since I needed a new workspace subdomain for a client project. Starting the account, I have purchased the Pro plan and currently within the 14-day free trial.

Starting a project, under a commercial project, the Simulator doesn’t seem to be working anymore and is displaying an error message (as provided). The Staging link works

Starting another project, under a demo project, shows that the Simulator is working fine. Which I assume implies that there is an issue with using the Simulator on a commercial project that hasn’t been published yet?

Any assistance on this would be great, thank you

I hope I don’t need to develop the experience in a demo project for testing and then copy everything across into the commercial one, once its complete :smiling_face_with_tear:

Looks like you need to LAND + PUBLISH your changes in order for them to take change in the fina link. Please reference the video tutorial here (7:30):

Sorry, I think there was a bit of miscommunication. I don’t need the Final link to work, since that would also require me to pay the commercial licence fee before the campaign is live. This would still be in the Cloud editor, using the Simulator window

But I took your works into consideration, and landed the changes as well as used a different web browser. This seems to have done the trick!

Just odd since in all the other projects, just “Save + Build” works to update and display on the simulator window.
