I’m creating a selfie AR experience that uses the microphone when recording video, but during testing I’ve found that when I close the browser on my iPhone that the microphone icon is flashing at the top of the screen, like it’s still being accessed.
I’ve tried adding request-mic="manual" to the <xrextras-capture-config> but then no audio gets recorded.
Can you send a video? What iPhone and iOS version are you using?
I can’t send a video but this is what I see if I leave the browser while the experience is running. And this happens without even hitting the record button in the experience.

On my iPhone this icon flashes once and then disappears when I background Safari. Are you seeing different behavior?
Yes, it’s staying there until I go back into Safari and close that page or reload it and hit Cancel when the 8th Wall message pops up asking for control of the camera.
