Hi, I’ve given my teammate DEV access in the team page on my account. But they can’t access the projects. We’ve tried deleting and re-inviting but no luck. Any thoughts?
Are they receiving the email or are unable to join once selecting email invite? More information would be helpful
Hi Ian, they receive the message yup. I’ll get them to update any details of what happened their end.
