VPS processing status not changed after multiple days

I’ve created multiple test scans via Scaniverse and still see in the Geospatial Browser that the scan’s VPS status is still as ‘Processing’. Is this processing time normal? How can I figure out if this is a problem on the data side?

For reference, I’ve already linked my 8th wall account to Scaniverse.
