As far as I know, there’s an added cost to remove the “powered by 8th wall” branding for clients and/or brands. I can’t find any info on that. Is it still an option and if it is, is there a fee?

White labeling is not something that we provide at this time I’m afraid.
There are two 8th Wall branded locations within experiences:
- If you are using the Cloud Editor, there is a default splash screen. This can be turned off for commercial projects.
- There is a small ‘Powered by 8th Wall’ badge on the loading screen which is the screen where users grant browser permissions. You can customize this screen to match the brand look and feel, but you cannot remove this badge and it must remain visible on all projects. This is per the terms agreed to when an 8th Wall commercial license is purchased.
