About Legacy Pro Subscription

We currently have a VPS project that involves local host requirements.
Last week, we reached out to your support team (Evan Carlson) regarding the Legacy Pro Subscription, but we have not yet received a response this week concerning the payment process and some technical questions.

We were wondering if there is another way to get in touch with the appropriate person at your company who could assist us. The project is quite time-sensitive, so your prompt support would be greatly appreciated.
