E-mail support for pro license

How long does it take to get a response from email support for pro licenses? I sent a request a week ago, but I haven’t received any response. I don’t know if my request is impossible, I don’t even know if anyone read this email.

It’s about audio recording on a MediaRecorder. Audio recording doesn’t work on Play Canvas. It’s basically the same problem that this guy had a few months ago. Enabling audio on video recording

I figured that since this function exists, you must have tested it on all engines you support. I thought that as a pro subscription, I could ask you to share the part of the code that you used to test audio recording on Play Canvas. I understand that these examples may not be intended for public use, which is why I contacted support via email.
I’m kind of in a hurry because the app is supposed to be live in four days. At this moment, I have everything ready except for the audio recording. I can give you the invoice number for the pro subscription and commercial use if you need it.
