All project locations suddenly removed ā€“ how to prevent this from happening again?

In my self-hosted project, today I got a report from testing that the VPS stopped working. When I looked into the Geospatial Browser, I saw all the locations had been removed from the project.

This is a blocking issue for my project, since it relies exclusively on VPS, and I would like to know if there is a way to tell when and how/why this occurred. Additionally, is there any way to get notified about changes to the 8th Wall project settings, e.g. via email or some kind of API, to catch this in case it happens again? Thanks.

Hi @Quirin_Parstorfer - Iā€™m sorry this happened. We are looking into the issue. As an additional data point to share with the mapping team, how many Project Locations did you have? Also, can you please share a screenshot and/or link to one of the Project Locations that was removed?

Hi Evan, thanks, appreciate your quick response!

There were six project locations (plus 1 or 2 locations we only used for testing, so maybe 8 in total). We added the six production locations again now, so here are screenshots of the locations in GSB.

Hi Evan, could you please share any news about the missing VPS project locations? We are three days from launching and need to know if we should somehow prepare for if this somehow occurs again. So far, it has thankfully not happened again. Thanks.
