I tried my first new VPS location for an AR project. I thought I followed all the guidelines. It showed up on the geo map, I added scans. Then I got a generic rejection message and the location completely dissappeared from the map. So even if I wanted to appeal or revise the location, it no longer exists. Based on the documentation, it seems that usally locations have a “status”. If it is rejected, then you see that indication on the details. So my question is, “Why was it completely erased from the platform?” I would really like to be able to use this platform.

Our team has restored the location, it might take some time for it to appear as active again.

Looks like it got rejected by some error on the backend, I’ve asked the mapping team to approve it for you.
Thank you. I see that it is back. I have another question-how can I add a photo thumbnail to the location? I know how to do the scans and have added a few.
Also same issue (dissappeared) on a park bench, James Rowan bench, 45.384548689594084, -122.65866731303186. Seems like this would be a natural public location. Can you take a look?
