I’m trying to use 8thwall for a project demo and I see now there are only studio demos available to use as a starting point. But yesterday somehow I was able to get a " A-Frame: Tap to Place with Menu" and started editing it in the old “cloud” editor. But today when i went to look at more demo projects I can’t find the " A-Frame: Tap to Place with Menu" in the list and all the projects are now studio?
Is it possible to still access those old demos? Or are we stuck using the new “studio” editor. I tried it and found it to be pretty glitchy, objects changing size, textures turning on and off, background turning from camera view to solid. When I went back to my “cloud” editor demo it works great no glitching..
I’ll have a look now, I’m trying the ball rolling “Studio” demo and I see there are only controls for desktop to move the ball, I looked to find another demo with mobile joystick but couldn’t find any… are there demos for “studio” with a mobile joystick?
And what is weird is yesterday I was able to see and clone one of your classic editor projects where you tap to place objects in the menu and you can delete them selecting the eraser button and clicking on objects. But I can’t find it today…
We are going to build a porotype to entice a client to develop a mini game to attract younger target audience. I’ve built two experiences using 8thwall, one very large and another mid size project, both using the classics editor. But now I only have “fusion” demos to use as a starting point, and my initial look at the fusion editor is not great, considerable different experience using iPhone and android, elements changing size, lack of mobile joystick.
I would love to build our porotype in 8thwall using the old classic editor with ability to use the old library of demos so I can quicken the production time. Is this possible or is 8thwall pushing users to use the “fusion” editor or pay the 999 a month subscription…
I want to use you tech but I need to use your original environment.
This helps, but is there a way to use the old a-frame demo projects so I have a starting point? Why don’t you make them all available like you used to before?
