Couldn't add scan for geospatial browser :(

Hey there! I actually wanted to activate this location, however the “add scan” ui couldn’t be clicked. and I access this page through scanning QR code from the browser, so its already a lightship developer account. Anyone have any idea to access the scanning? Thank you!

Hi George! Yes, I’m seeing this page after scanning the QR Code on Desktop Geospatial Browser on 8th Wall.

I’ve gone ahead and tested this, and the button to add scans is not available because you’re currently out of range from the location. You need to be within 50 meters of the location to add scans. Additionally ensure that you’ve allowed GPS access on the device.

I see, thanks for the clarification. Is it possible to move the location anchor point? I’m currently at the location but noticing the anchor point is misaligned. The anchor point is named “Centrio Hillpark Lawn”

The location ID: Can be copied from the URL when the location is selected in the Desktop Geospatial Browser (Feel free to copy the entire URL and share it here).

The desired Latitude and Longitude coordinates.
