Where is the scan?

I’ve been out scanning a new place using Scaniverse connected to my 8thWall studio account, app is in developer mode.

So I chose a position on the map and “add scan” been scanning for a long time, then process it and upload it. But when I visit the point on the map page, there is no scan attached to it, it says no scans have been done. I can’t even find the scan under unlisted or public, or in the library.
What am I doing wrong?

Can you provide information about the location such as the name and coordinates, so I can take a look?

Dorry for the late reply. I can’t find them now, the locations i made in the geospatial browser has also disappeared, all my work is gone. No feedback about any error in the app. My user name is Zteff1 if that helps :slight_smile:

Sorry to hear about the issues you’re facing here. We can take a look into what happened here, but need more information on the Location you were working with - the address and name would be helpful to start.
