Creating new VPS location, where to place the pin on the map?

Hi everyone,

I’m working on creating a new public VPS location for an AR experience and have a question about the scanning process. When setting up the new location on the geospatial browser map, I need to place a pin for the location. The default placement of the pin is never quite accurate, so I’m trying to adjust it manually. This raises a question for me: where exactly should I place the pin? Should it be at the exact location (e.g., directly on a building entrance), or at the viewer’s position (a few meters away where someone would stand with their phone to start the AR experience)?

You’ll want to place the pin directly on the object or location itself (e.g., the building entrance), rather than where the user might stand. This ensures accurate alignment for the AR experience.
