Was asked to fill in your customer survey, it was not good from UX experience. The logic of how the choices are made is not easy to understand. After about the fifth page I was just clicking radio buttons trying to move forward and eventually quiet. I tried longer than I would with other surveys.
-
buttons not ledgbly connected to questions, hard to tell what statement was connected to each button.
-
some of the questions would allow me to pick one choice from left radio to right radio, others when I selected a radio from one question it removed my choice from a previous question.
-
the meaning of the radio buttons was not visible as I read through the lower questions on each page, making it hard to remember what Iām either liking or disliking. The more difficult it is to understand the survey the more likely the user will just start clicking buttons (messing with your data)
I could offer tons of suggestions but have my work to get done, but my first suggestion would be to just say "out of the five statements check the box of the ones that are most important to you. This would be simple and probably get more people thought the survey before quiting.
