Geospatial Browser VPS Activation error when I try to activate

Hi,
I have a location that is ready to be activated, but when I try to activate it, I get the following message: β€œYour VPS processing time out. Please try again.” Have I forgotten something or do special conditions have to be met?

I checked back and tried to activate the VPS location this morning β€” it allowed me to proceed with activation, but unfortunately, the activation failed. Could you please help me understand the reason for the failure?

Also, I had actually done additional scans during the 8 PM to 3 AM time slot before this, but the scan progress bar does not reflect them. Is this a known issue, or could there have been an error with those uploads?
