.glb not visible in assets preview window but works fine in gltf-viewer

Hi All, I have some text I exported from Blender that showed up fine, but the colour of the text wasn’t applied, it was just white. So I deleted the colour ramp I was using and instead used a simple RGB node connected to the Base Color input of the Principled BSDF. It works great on dommccurdy and no issues on glTF Validator but when I preview it in the assets folder it doesn’t show up. The only thing I changed was the RGB node, all export settings in Blender are the same.

can you share some photos of the 3D model with the Principle BSDF settings and or how it looks in viewer vs. 8th Wall preview.

Have you ever been able to see your 3D model? Even without texture?

Is your 3D model located at (0, 0, 0)? The gltf viewer will move the camera to wherever the model is located and or sized. For example if the model is very tiny (i.e. 000.1, 0.001, 0.001) the gltf viewer will move camera very close to it.

However, our viewere will only focus camera at (0, 0, 0). Can you verify that your model is at a viewable location at (0, 0, 0) and a sale that isn’t too small to see
