Dear Support,
I am currently trying to preview hotspots which are children to a parent object.
They are children to a parent object as I am looking to have my main object moveable and scaleable and want the hotspots to follow the the main object I am using a custom component to allow users to manipulate the object.
When i view the hotspots and the object in the simulator the hotspots work perfectly, they animate and have their text pop up.
However when I view it through my phone the hotspots animate however don’t have their text appear.
They are all on the same build just different devices.
Any idea what may be causing this and how I can fix it.
I am happy to send repro steps if needed.
