Hey!
I’m repeatedly getting messages of 8thwall trying to get a payment for the subscription renewal (but there is no money on my card lmao).
But I’m on a Free plan as I see, and there is no buttons in my account to cancel whatever I have and I can’t delete my card from stripe cuz it says I have a paid plan.
Please help me to cancel the subscription.
looks like you reached out to support@8thwall.com. we went ahead and cancelled the subscription for you
