I have just setted up a workspace which automatically started the free trial for the Pro plan ($129 / month) which I didn’t want it so I tried to cancel the free trial but the website gives me error message and I cannot seem to cancel it.
The error message says “ERROR: The account trial status is invalid for feedback: ACCOUNT” on the top of the page.
I’ve also tried to ask for the help using Resource Center but it won’t allow me to send any message even without any screenshots (just texts).
And what’s also weird is that I got the following message that it is automatically going to upgrade into a paid plan on 05/09/2023 (and we are living in 2025 right now).
Your free trial is active and will automatically upgrade into a paid plan ({{planAmount}}/) on 05/09/2023 .
What should I do with all these issues?
