Could you please clarify if there are any limitations such as caps on project views, number of active projects, or other usage restrictions under the free plan? I’d like to ensure compliance while planning a commercial deployment.

All commercial projects on 8th Wall are FREE now! You only need to pay for a White Label subscription if you want to remove the 8th Wall branding.
Can I use free plan if company hires more than 20 people?

Is the Team Size requirement for using for free commercially?
The team size requirement is standalone. If you’re looking for an increased team size you’ll need to upgrade by contacting sales: Contact Sales.
Got it, may I ask how do you verify how big team is?
You can go to https://www.8thwall.com/[WORKSPACE NAME]/team to count the number of members in your workspace team.
