Hi there! When I log into the Niantic Wayfarer app through my Google account, it always just loads and I canβt actually log in. It just shows a blank page. Iβm wondering how I can proceed to log into my Google account?

The Wayfarer app currently doesnβt support Google or Apple login methods.
The solution here is to add email/password authentication method to your user Profile at:
First, login to your 8th Wall account, and then browse to: Profile, or click your Name/Photo at the top right corner of the page.
On that page the user should be able to connect an email/password combination.
Once that is done, authenticate using the email/pass login method in the Wayfarer app.

The profile page is blank when I enter this page after I log into my account and go there through my portal.
Hi @ke_wang , can you pull up the Chrome/Safari debugger to see if there are any error messages that may shed some light on what is going on here?

Hello @ke_wang , thanks for your patience. We were able to determine the root cause of your issue and a fix has been deployed. While logged in, can you please try to visit the Profile page again? Should be working properly now.

Thank you very much for your help! I can log into the profile page and change the email login now! I just took 2 test scans, they are there on my phone but no test scans are found on my computer browser. I am logged in the same account on computer and phone. Here are some images might help.
After logging in, did you select the correct workspace? If you are a member of multiple workspaces, make sure to select the desired one in the Wayfarer app before uploading:
