When you set content extremely far away, and far away from other objects, our Engine may have difficulty efficiently tracking those object. Small changes in tracking are amplified by distance.
For working with objects at long distances (more than 50 ft for example), you may want to reference this project that is better tracking at longer distances.
If possible we would suggest creating an experience where your scene is a bit closer to the user rather then so far away.
