I would like to request your assistance in adjusting my White Label subscription.
The subscription is currently assigned to the project “radians / starbucks” (Open Studio), but this project is not functioning correctly within Open Studio. Meanwhile, the project “radians / starbuckssar” (Open Editor) is the one being used and where the experience loads properly.
For this reason, I kindly ask if you could please transfer the White Label subscription from the current project to the project listed under “Open Editor”, as that is the one actively in use and working as expected.
Alternatively, if this transfer cannot be made, could you please guide me on how I can copy or migrate the working project into the project that already has the White Label?
