Hi,
I have an active White Label subscription on one of my projects, but the subscription status does not seem to be updating correctly.
The UI still shows:
“Status: Active”
“Duration: Ongoing – Renews on 1/19/2026 at 12:56 AM GMT+8”
However, the renewal date did not update after 1/19/2026 and is still showing the previous renewal date.
When I try to click “Edit” on the White Label subscription, none of the available options can be completed. The UI just stays in a loading state with the spinner circling and never finishes.
At the moment, the project itself still works correctly and there is no watermark, but I did not receive any billing receipt or confirmation email.
My main concern is that I only intend to keep this subscription until 2/19/2026. Since I cannot edit or manage the White Label subscription right now, I am worried that I may be charged unexpectedly and have no way to stop or modify the subscription.
Could someone please help check whether the White Label subscription or the underlying Stripe billing state is stuck or out of sync?
