Thank you! Lens 5 is now working perfectly.
We’re writing to you now about an issue with Lens 1, which is lagging.
It’s probably because the mesh is very heavy. We were wondering if you could do something about it. Thank you!

Dear George,

We’re writing to inform you that, after live testing, we’ve encountered some display issues in Manhole 3 and Manhole 4.

  • Manhole 3: we can see only one of the two objects we placed inside the lens.

  • Manhole 4: we can’t see either of the two objects placed inside the lens.
    Location Id: 6e77d45d54af3bc5a2fac2be67826d22.16

We checked everything by our side and didn’t find any irregularity. We are inaugurating very soon and it would be really grateful if you could help us solve this issue as soon as possible! :grimacing:

I’ve sent an update to the mapping team, I’ll update you once I hear back.

Dear George,
I think that the mapping team updated the meshes, but there are still problems on all the locations.

More infos on what is happening:

Location 2B - The mesh is composed but the area is not complete (see attach 2), we scanned the location comprising the manhole but the manhole is not there.

Location 6 - The mesh that appears (see attach 6 ok), but sometimes something else is appearing (see attach 6 not ok), we are confused.

In the other 4 locations, the object appears after 4-5 mins due to the slowness of the phones in recognising the mesh.
